I started playing video games when I was seven and I also started playing historical strategy game when I was 10. From my perspective, playing video game is one of my ways of understanding the world. By playing history simulation games like Europa Universalis and Nobunaga's Ambition, I learned history knowledge and experienced that time period. Playing RPG games let me engage in the virtual world, involve in the wonderful story-telling, and simultaneously know what I am, both in that world and in the real world, and what choice I will make in that situation. In the meantime, I play some other simulation game to gain experience that was totally different from my real world, like the Sims and Football Manager (wow I admit that's not American football and I still don't understand why Americans call it soccer), which is adventurous and excited.
And I LOVE listening to Music! Especially 80s/90s rock music and indie music. My favorite bands are Radiohead, Sonic Youth, and PVRIS. Come check my "Rate You Music" profile if you are also a music nerd:) rateyourmusic.com/~Paranoid_AndreaÂ
I also love giving reviews/thoughts for any kind of work - games, music, TV shows, etc. Feel free to discuss about types of music with me-.-
